AIG Settles Whistleblower Suit Over Ex-CFO's Trades

Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 5:14 PM EST) -- American International Group Inc. on Monday settled a suit brought in Connecticut by a former compliance officer who accused the company of firing her after she uncovered unusual trading by a former chief financial officer.

U.S. District Judge Robert N. Chatigny ordered the suit closed by March 24, after AIG and plaintiff Jacqueline Millan reported they had resolved the matter.
