Businesses Urge Delay Of Health Benefit Explanations

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 7:42 PM EST) -- A coalition of Fortune 500 companies asked the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Monday to delay implementation of a rule requiring private health insurers to provide customers with uniform, plain-English explanations of their policies.
