Dippin' Dots Fights CEO Ouster Amid Ch. 11 Woes

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 7:09 PM EST) -- Ice cream maker Dippin’ Dots Inc. on Tuesday asked the Kentucky federal judge overseeing its bankruptcy case to reject claims by senior lender Regions Bank that the company’s CEO should be replaced by a court-appointed trustee amid budget woes.
