Saab North America Wants Consultant To Head Its Ch. 11

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 7:17 PM EST) -- Saab Cars North America Inc., which recently failed to transfer its Chapter 11 case from Delaware to Michigan, asked for court permission Tuesday to tap as its chief restructuring officer the consultant who was overseeing the out-of-court winding down of the company's business.
