Sierra Club Claims NoLa Landfill Dirties Waterways

Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 1:46 PM EST) -- The operator of a New Orleans landfill was sued in Louisiana federal court on Tuesday by environmental advocates who say the company has contaminated local waterways by failing to hold its dump to the standards set out by the Environmental Protection Agency.
