EPA Will Miss 2012 Deadline For GHG Refinery Rule

Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 9:50 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Wednesday that it would not finalize greenhouse gas pollution standards for oil refineries this year, despite its agreement with environmental groups that set a November deadline for a final rule. 

The agency said in an email that it needed more time to complete the work and was developing a new schedule.
