1st Circ. Says EPA Can Seek $1.3M Cleanup Costs From GE

Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 10:05 PM EST) -- The First Circuit on Wednesday upheld a lower court's decision that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency could move forward with seeking $1.3 million in reimbursement from General Electric Co. in a future Superfund cleanup suit, finding the claims were not time-barred.
