Pigment Maker Says AIG Unit, Ace Misread Their Own Policy

Law360, New York (March 1, 2012, 6:58 PM EST) -- Millennium Inorganic Chemicals Ltd., the world's second-largest producer of titanium dioxide, argued on Wednesday that an American International Group Inc. unit and Ace American Insurance Co. misinterpreted their own policy in order to deny $10 million in business interruption coverage related to a natural gas explosion.
