Subprime Lender Warns Of Possible Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (August 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. may join the horde of subprime lenders that have sought bankruptcy protection because of deteriorating conditions in the non-prime market, according to the company's latest 10-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
