Computer Company Asks Court To Vacate Commerce One Patent Sale

Law360, New York (March 11, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- A computer company has asked a San Francisco bankruptcy court to vacate an order approving the sale of Commerce One patents covering protocols widely used by technology heavyweights including Microsoft and IBM.

Computer Horizons Corp. filed a motion last week in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in San Francisco asking the court to vacate the sale of a web services patent application and Commerce One Xpress Suite software to JGR Acquisition Inc.
