DOE Says It Will Hold LNG Export Apps Until Study Ends

Law360, New York (March 1, 2012, 8:46 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Energy doesn't plan to revoke already-issued approvals for liquefied natural gas exports, but the agency won't approve new applications until it finishes a study on the impacts of LNG exports, according to a letter from a top DOE official released Thursday.
