All American's Creditors To File Complaints Under Seal

Law360, New York (August 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Unsecured creditors of All American Semiconductor Inc. have been granted permission to file complaints against the bankrupt company and its prepetition banks under seal.

Judge Laurel M. Isicoff of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida issued the order Wednesday after All American’s official committee of unsecured creditors filed an emergency motion requesting the seal earlier in the week.
