DC Circ. Sides With Fiat Unit In Health Plan Bargaining Battle

Circuit on Friday vacated the National Labor Relations Board's finding that Fiat SpA subsidiary Comau Inc. illegally implemented a health care plan for its employees without their union's approval and without bargaining to impasse, finding the board's ruling was arbitrary and capricious.
