FTC Officials Clash Over Whether To Cut 2013 Budget

Law360, New York (March 5, 2012, 9:34 PM EST) -- Federal Trade Commissioner J. Thomas Rosch encouraged a House panel Monday to slash the agency's requested $300 million budget for 2013 due to the transfer of some of its powers to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, over the objections of Chairman Jon Leibowitz.
