Obama Set On Curbing Gas Costs, Oil Speculation: Chu

Law360, New York (March 8, 2012, 5:20 PM EST) -- U.S. Department of Energy Secretary Steven Chu on Thursday touted President Barack Obama's “all-of-the-above” strategy for diverse energy development, telling lawmakers Obama is also focused on lowering gasoline costs and curbing speculation to stop unnecessary hikes in oil prices.
