Jury Finds Ex-Infogroup Execs Hid CEO's Wrongful Spending

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 7:01 PM EST) -- A Nebraska jury has found two former executives of e-marketing firm Infogroup Inc. liable for helping to conceal its former CEO's use of company funds to bankroll his over-the-top lifestyle, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced Tuesday.

The verdict, handed down March 1, affirmed prosecutors' claims that ex-chief financial officers Rajnish K. Das and Stormy L. Dean failed to fully report how much money ended up in the pockets of Vinod Gupta, onetime head and board chair of Infogroup.
