EU Will Allow E.On to Acquire Viesgo, Parts of Endesa

Law360, New York (August 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The European Union announced Monday that German energy company E.On AG could acquire the Spanish company Viesgo and part of Endesa, another Spanish company, saying that the deal would not hurt consumers.
