Enviros Challenge WPX Energy’s NM Fracking Project

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 1:15 PM EST) -- Two conservation groups said Tuesday they were challenging the Bureau of Land Management's plans to allow WPX Energy Inc. to use the controversial natural-gas extraction technique hydraulic fracturing to drill 53 new gas shale wells in northwestern New Mexico.
