Chilean Antitrust Litigation Chief To Step Down In May

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 6:44 PM EST) -- The head of litigation for Chile's national economic prosecutor's office plans to step down at the beginning of May from the position he originated in 2010 after a nearly decadelong career with the country's antitrust enforcer, the agency said Wednesday.

Cristian R. Cid Reyes will voluntarily resign his position as chief of the litigation division for the Fiscalia Nacional Economica, or FNE, as of May 1, the prosecutor's office said. Reyes' move marks the end of a tenure that has coincided with major competition law reforms...
