La. Appeals Court Revives Bayer Insecticide Action

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 7:12 PM EST) -- A Louisiana appeals court on Wednesday reversed and remanded the dismissal of an action brought by several dozen buyers or processors of crawfish against Bayer CropScience LP over a rice crop pesticide called ICON that allegedly devastated Louisiana's crawfish population.
