Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 7:52 PM EST) -- A Washington federal judge on Wednesday declined to put a rule requiring employers to put up posters apprising workers of their right to unionize on hold while several trade groups appeal her decision upholding the National Labor Relations Board's authority in promulgating the posting rule.
On Monday, the National Association of Manufacturers and others asked U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson to enjoin the posting rule while their appeal in the DC Circuit goes forward.
