EEOC Nominee Takes Parting Shot

Law360, New York (August 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After encountering stiff opposition from lawmakers and colleagues alike, President Bush's nominee to serve as the next head of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has withdrawn his name amid a stalled confirmation process.
