Jury Orders Mary Kay To Pay TriStrata $26.4M In Patent Dispute Over Wrinkle Treatment

Law360 (March 17, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Delaware jury has found that direct-sales cosmetics company Mary Kay infringed patents held by TriStrata Technology, Inc. for a wrinkle treatment and ordered it to pay $26.4 million plus interest to the NeoStrata Co. subsidiary.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware jury found that 14 claims of the three patents at issue were infringed, TriStrata said.
