Ousted Cochran Firm Partner Sues Ex-Colleagues

Law360, New York (March 9, 2012, 6:22 PM EST) -- The former managing partner of the Los Angeles office of the Cochran Law Firm sued the firm and two ex-colleagues on Monday for conspiring to wrest control of the firm from him in violation of the firm’s partnership agreement.

Randy H. McMurray alleges that shortly after the partnership expelled Brian T. Dunn as a partner in August, Dunn and an unnamed attorney from Las Vegas conspired to seize control of the Cochran Law Firm, named for the late Johnnie L. Cochran.
