EU Duties On Chinese Bikes May Be Dropped

Law360, New York (March 9, 2012, 5:08 PM EST) -- The European Union may lift significant anti-dumping duties currently in place against bicycles and bicycle parts imported from China, according to a notice published Friday.

In a notice filed in the Official Journal of the European Union, the European Commission said it will initiate a review to determine if the duties imposed on Chinese exporters of bikes and related parts were necessary after evidence showed circumstances within the industry have changed.
