NLRB Won 87% Of Unfair Labor Cases In 2011, Report Says

Law360, New York (March 9, 2012, 5:10 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board's regional offices won 87 percent of unfair labor practices cases litigated before the board and administrative law judges in whole or in part in fiscal year 2011, according to a report released Friday.

The 87 percent win rate puts the regional offices slightly below the 91 percent rate they achieved during the 2010 fiscal year, according to a report by NLRB Acting General Counsel Lafe Solomon summarizing the board's activities in fiscal year 2011.
