Energy Co., Forest Service Resolve Fight Over Drilling

Law360, New York (March 9, 2012, 6:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. Forest Service on Friday resolved Catalyst Energy Inc.'s lawsuit in Pennsylvania federal court claiming it illegally blocked energy firms from drilling for oil and gas in the Allegheny National Forest even though they owned development rights.
