US Can't Escape Suit Over Huge Oil Co. Transports

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 3:11 PM EDT) -- An Idaho federal judge on Friday upheld most of an environmental group's suit against the U.S. government over oil companies transporting mining equipment through protected river corridors, ruling the group can pursue allegations that two federal agencies should have blocked state action providing access to the area.
