US Pitches Evidence Of 2nd Air Cargo Price-Fixing Scheme

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 2:25 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors trying Florida West International Airways on charges of fixing air cargo rates on Friday sought to admit evidence of a second, uncharged price-fixing conspiracy, arguing that the evidence is admissible to show Florida West's motive, intent and plan for entering into the charged scheme.
