HHS Issues Final, Flexible State Insurance Exchange Rule

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 7:48 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services emphasized flexibility Monday when it released its final rule governing how states establish and run their health insurance exchanges, which are supposed to be up and running by January 2014.
