Judge Says $300M Mining Deal Suit Violates Hague Convention

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 7:20 PM EDT) -- An Ontario judge says uranium mining company Khan Resources Inc. can't continue with its $300 million lawsuit against Russian state-owned competitor Atomredmetzoloto JSC over allegedly interfering with its Mongolian ventures because the suit would violate the Hague Convention, Khan announced Monday.
