Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 7:00 PM EDT) -- When the U.S. Supreme Court convenes next week to hear oral arguments on President Barack Obama's health care law, the first thing it will take up is whether the court is even allowed to rule on the law's constitutionality, or whether an 1867 tax law blocks it from ruling on the case for another three years.
