Bill Aims To Topple High Court Ruling In Age Bias Case

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 7:48 PM EDT) -- A bipartisan trio of senators on Tuesday sought to negate the U.S. Supreme Court's divided 2009 ruling in Gross v. FBL Financial Inc. by introducing a bill meant to lighten the burden on plaintiffs who bring federal age discrimination claims.
