Utilities Balk At Tweeter's Plan For Payment

Law360, New York (August 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt electronics retailer Tweeter Home Entertainment Group Inc. faced opposition on Tuesday from a bevy of utility companies, which have said that Tweeter has not provided them with enough assurance that they will be paid for their services.
