Calif. Chief Justice Warns Of Looming Case Delays

Law360, San Diego (March 19, 2012, 10:59 PM EDT) -- California’s chief justice on Monday warned state lawmakers that because of steep budget cuts and a rise in lawsuits, the courts are seeing potentially dangerous delays in the resolution of cases.
