UNC System Hit With Sexual Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (August 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors have brought a lawsuit alleging that the University of North Carolina school system discriminated against a pair of female telecommunicators at one of its college police stations.

According to the complaint, which the Department of Justice filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, Tasha Murray and Mattie Smith were sexually harassed by a male supervisor at North Carolina A&T's Department of Police and Public Safety.
