IBM Dodges Antitrust Suit Over Mainframe Resales

Law360, New York (March 14, 2012, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a case lodged by a reseller of IBM Corp. mainframes that claimed the computer company's monopolistic business practices drove it to bankruptcy, saying that QSGI Inc. failed to show IBM's conduct damaged competition conditions.
