Rothstein Investor Can Recoup $25M Clawback Settlement

Law360, New York (March 14, 2012, 8:41 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge abruptly reversed course Wednesday and allowed Miami businessman Ira Sochet to increase his claim against jailed Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein by $25 million, the amount Sochet previously paid to settle a clawback suit by Rothstein’s bankruptcy trustee.
