US-Korea Trade Pact Takes Effect Amid Official Praise

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 3:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement took effect at midnight Thursday, an event heralded by members of the administration of President Barack Obama as the most commercially significant free trade agreement for the U.S. in almost 20 years.
