NY Judges Are Owed $312M In Back Pay, Atty Says

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 4:13 PM EDT) -- New York's decision to give its judges their first raise in a dozen years doesn't address the $312 million in back pay the state still owes them, an attorney for the state's judges said during a hearing Thursday.
