CBO Says 5M May Lose Employer Coverage Under Health Law

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 4:02 PM EDT) -- The Congressional Budget Office on Thursday predicted that the president's health care reform law will result in a net 3 million to 5 million people losing employer-based health insurance between 2019 and 2022, sparking immediate criticism from the law's opponents.
