Trade Groups Ask To Join NLRB Recess Appointments Dispute

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 7:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace moved to intervene Thursday in a D.C. Circuit suit alleging the National Labor Relations Board lacks the necessary quorum to adjudicate charges because so-called recess appointments were made while the Senate was in session.
