Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 6:45 PM EDT) -- Following the defeat of a similar amendment earlier this week, a bipartisan group of seven U.S. senators led by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, on Thursday proposed a two-year extension of the wind energy production tax credit set to expire at the end of the year.
