Edwards Wildman In-House Affair Suit Sent To Arbitration

Law360, Wilmington (March 16, 2012, 3:20 PM EDT) -- A Delaware judge ruled Friday that a former partner at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP who alleges he was forced out of the firm and denied compensation due to a romantic affair between his wife and the firm's managing partner must take his claims to arbitration.
