Former Employees Can Sue Under Title VII, 4th Circ. Rules

Law360, New York (March 16, 2012, 6:50 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit said Friday that even ex-employees are protected under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ruling in favor of a former Virginia county administrator who claimed she had been denied severance benefits because she was a woman.
