Judge Clears Feds For Withholding Generic Vancocin Docs

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 1:45 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge said Friday that federal drug regulators' withholding of information sought by ViroPharma Inc. concerning approval of laboratory testing instead of human testing for generic versions of the gastrointestinal antibiotic Vancocin was proper.
