Appeals Court Vindicates Sanctioned Attorneys

Law360, New York (August 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two attorneys who defended Ford Motor Co. in a products liability suit brought by a woman who had an accident while driving an Explorer SUV will not have to pay a $14,655 penalty, after an appeals court ruled the lower court had abused its discretion in imposing the fine.
