Prosecutors Fight Contempt Questions For Edwards Aide

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 8:17 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors in John Edwards’ campaign finance trial argued Friday that defense attorneys should not be allowed to question a government witness about whether he was held in contempt in a settled state court suit alleging he wrongly held onto a sex tape Edwards made with his former mistress.
