Vt. Blocked From Shuttering 600-MW Nuke Plant

Law360, New York (March 20, 2012, 7:21 PM EDT) -- A Vermont federal judge on Monday forced the state's public utilities board to hold off on shuttering a 600-megawatt nuclear generator operated by Entergy Corp. until the Second Circuit decides whether the board actually has the power to do so.
