Senate Inches Closer To Passing Obama-Backed JOBS Act

Law360, New York (March 21, 2012, 6:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate on Wednesday endorsed a package of bills designed to make it easier for small companies and startups to attract capital, but Democrats delayed to Thursday a final vote on the House-approved measures, still hoping to add investor protections sought by securities regulators.
